Fine art – (also fine arts) describes an art form developed primarily for aesthetics and concept rather than practical application. Forms of art, especially painting, drawing and sculpture, that are created to be beautiful rather than useful

Fine art comprises: drawing, culinary art, architecture, painting, literature, sculpture and new media art

Culinary art is the art of preparing and cooking food.

Architecture is the art and science of designing buildings and structures.

Painting is the act or art of using paint to produce pictures

Literature is pieces of writing that are valued as works of art, especially novels, plays and poems

Sculpture is three-dimensional artwork created by shaping or combining hard materials - typically stone - or marble , metal, glass, or wood. Softer ("plastic") materials can also be used, such as clay , textiles , plastics, polymers and softer metals.

New media art is a genre that encompasses ( включає) artworks created with new media technologies , including digital art , computer graphics , computer animation virtual art , Internet art .

Applied art is the application (использование ) of design and aesthetics (э стетики) to objects of function and everyday use.

Whereas fine arts serve as intellectual stimulation to the viewer or academic sensibilities, the applied arts incorporate design and creative ideals to objects of utility,( практичність) such as a cup, magazine or decorative park bench.

Applied Arts

The fields of industrial design , graphic design , fashion design , interior design , decorative art and functional (modern architecture) art are considered applied arts.

Many applied art objects are collected , for instance ceramics, textiles, jewelry, glass, furniture, children's toys, cars, electric guitars, as well as various forms of images produced in commercial contexts, such as film posters or old advertisements.
